The bed was very comfortable. I had a room with a king and a sofa bed and my twin 9 year old granddaughters stayed with me. There was plenty of room for all. Pros (+) Liked the touch of salsa and good yogurt- chobani. Liked the sulfate and phthlate free soaps and shampoo.
Cons (-) The thermostat display was broken -- couldn't tell what temperature it was.

Cons (-) Dark stairwells and covered walkways. I felt unsafe traveling alone. Would not have opened door or gone out after dark. ASIC, clean. It kinda creepy atmosphere.
Pros (+) There was a large central pool with a fountain. The sound of falling water was audible all night just outside the door.
Cons (-) The rooms are not on the inside of a building, but rather required outside maneuvering. I had an inside-(courtyard-)facing room, but going from room to lobby exposes a person to the elements. "Conditioning shampoo" offered in bathroom instead of separate products (i.e., not female friendly).
Pros (+) It is not the 4 seasons but for the price it was great. I only was there to sleep so it was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to get to good free breakfast and very nice staff. Just know what you are booking and set the appropriate expectations.

Pros (+) The pool area was a hit with the kids. And it's open 10-10 with a lifeguard which was great. There was a decent free breakfast. The hotel itself was clean. Front desk staff was nice. It was only 2 miles to the metro. Plenty of restaurants a short drive from the hotel.
Cons (-) It appeared to have a truck stop in the adjacent parking lot with truckers sleeping in their cabs. It didn't feel like the safest location at night. Hotel was severely dated although it was clean so this didn't bother us. Example of the age- it even had a dusty old sign pointing toward the "night club." Lol.
