Multitude of activities.Staff very friendly and willing to take care of your needs. Great beach and amazing infinity pool.
Distance to walk to and from different places.
Gorgeous location with private island and water park access.
Since its connected to the conquistador hotel there is not much to do on the casitas side. Meaning long walk every time you want to experience some of the conquistadors amenities.
The private island was great
The cost is not worth it. For the price paid, many things did not meet expectations.
Las Casitas area was relatively new and very well maintained and very pretty!
Food prices were pretty high--like higher than Manhattan pricing for some items, which I found to be a bit exploitative.
Classy, well maintained.
Too many kids and the air conditioner vent put cold air right onto the bed. We got the room very cold all day and shut the a/c off at night. It got a bit stuffy but was better than being awake cold all night. Staff said all casitas are set up the same.
Staff was amazing and very flexible.
Full of fun. You can just spend your time is this resort.
Bed could be bigger.
Great experience. Loved every second of it. More of a relaxed style 4 star place, which is great for a laid back Caribbean vacation. Not a ritzy five star stiff hotel, where we'd need to dress up to go the pool.
The service is fabulous and Thierry private island is amazing
Facilities, lobby, and staff
Check in Registration take more time than expected (about 20 mins), the Tv was out of service due to No Signal alarm, the ice machine was a little bit far and the room service for ice take about 25 mins.
The location is amazing. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My view was nothing short of spectacular. I loved the private balcony. The in-room coffee was delicious. The food I ordered from room service was consistently outstanding.
Most of the staff were very friendly from room service). However, some were less friendly and seemed bothered to have to help me. I think staff morale needs a boost.
