Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the riad's exceptional service, with staff described as attentive, welcoming, and passionate about hospitality. The atmosphere and decor were highlighted as unique and beautiful, transporting guests to another era and offering a tranquil retreat from the busy medina. Many reviews noted the convenient location within the medina, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfasts were frequently mentioned as delicious and varied, with traditional Moroccan options. Spacious rooms and comfortable accommodations were also appreciated. Some negative comments mentioned difficulties with finding the riad, occasional issues with hot water and bathroom facilities, and a few complaints about bed comfort and WiFi restrictions, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
