Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach and city center, making it convenient for both relaxation and exploring the area. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues throughout the property, including rooms and common areas, as well as maintenance problems such as malfunctioning air conditioning and outdated facilities. Value for price was often questioned, with several guests feeling the experience did not match the cost. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as unprofessional. Room sizes were occasionally mentioned, with some guests finding them cramped. Overall, the location is the hotel's standout feature, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, and value.
