Cons (-) I was on a bike trip and looked for a hotel near Southampton. Kayak gave me this option and I booked it. While location field said "Welcome Break Service Area, Southampton" it was 53 miles away from Southampton. I realized that then asked google maps for directions right after booking. Immediately I let them know about the mistake. Their answer was that I must pay anyway.
