The shower tub drains very slow thus flooding the tub. The room we had was very dusty. The hotel is relatively new, only 6 yrs old, but showing signs of deterioration. At date we stayed, a lot of construction workers were check-in and had dirty shoes and why carpet was dirty and may need to replace soon. Pros (+) I did like that my room was ready when i arrived and the employees were very friendly.
Cons (-) I didn't like that the bathroom sink was missing the faucet head so when I turned on the sink to wash my hands it sprayed everywhere. When I went to breakfast there was trash on the floor swept to the side. It stayed in the same pile for whole duration of my stay. The breakfast was all microwaved food. Cons (-) Only part of breakfast that was really good was the biscuits and cinnamon rolls. Pancake machine was out of batter. Didn't see anyone in the breakfast area to ask to refill it. Other hotels I've stayed at that have breakfast included had an attendant available for the entire breakfast service. The food was better quality and there was more variety.
