Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the pools, including thermal and outdoor options. Many reviews highlight the relaxing atmosphere and convenient amenities such as shuttle service and solarium. However, there are frequent complaints about the dated rooms and bathrooms, cleanliness issues in some cases, and a breakfast that could be improved in both variety and quality. Overall, the positives center around location, service, and pool facilities, while negatives focus on maintenance and breakfast.
