Pros (+) Beachfront location
Cons (-) Sketchy property. Door locks unsafe. Dirty carpet. No maintenance for a while. Property is being torn down from million dollar condos.

Cons (-) The 50 ' s style phone didn't work.Dirty inside and out . carpet was terrible, cheapest linings, walls damaged old Tv, furniture, everything was the cheapest and not kept up. It's a place that relies on Internet bookings so when a consumer gets thier and realized they been had, it's to late....they got your $
Pros (+) Theres nothing there to like. The only good thing is the close distance to the beach. But even that will not matter after spending a horrible night in the rooms that are dirtier than a shithole.

Cons (-) It was very dirty, didn't even sleep in the covers. AC ran bad, not a lot of parking, whole room was old, run down and gross. The chair in the room had old crusted spots all over it so didn't want to sit down, bed had stains.

Cons (-) Very very dirty ! We had to go to buy covers for the bad beacouse they where so dirty and used ! That did not even changed before we came and not after we asked, it was late we went to wallmart and bought covers, we could not walk on the floor without shoes it was dicusting !
Pros (+) The location of this hotel is excellent, it is on the beach, a few blocks from coffee shops (Starbucks) and The Beach Place (all shops and restaurants). The free trolley bus stop is a few yards away. The staff is polite and efficient. The rooms are large with plenty of space for storage.
Cons (-) The pool area, corridors and rooms could use more cleanliness.

Cons (-) Everything, I travel 200+ days a year. This is 1 of the top 2 worst places I have ever stayed. Dirty Old Smells Unsafe Doors don't lock Mold (black from the poor conditions) The pictures are all lies Good luck if you decide to stay here. I had my staff is myself here for 1 night, 70% plus my self left the rooms and slept in cars, beach etc. The hotel did not want to refund me saying there is nothi...

Cons (-) WiFi did nor work and was only at lobby. Needs some repairs, paint.won't get it since it will be done down this year to be replaced by fpue seasons high end hotel. Of is pretty lpq cost for location bar charge $10. a day parking
Pros (+) This hotel should be shut down by the government for not even being close to the standards. Never seen something so repulsive to stay in. The man at the desk snickered n said he wouldnt even let his mother stay there with a body guard.
