The from desk people was super helpful and nice breakfast was delicious and bead was comfortable and clean we love to be in this hotel
No reward points when using booking.
I loved the food selections all within the hotel, the vicinity to other little stores if you needed to pick something up from like CVS and the view from the pool area to the beach.
I ended up checking in early due to flight coming in at 12. I was offered to be upgraded, in all my past stays at a hotel, when an upgrade is offered or your room isn’t ready it’s not an additional cost to you. I was told $50, but I thought it was flat rate for some reason, it wasn’t made clear it was a cost per day.
Excellent place to stay, I will in the future.
I loved the cleanliness of the room and the magnificent view. If you had smaller, more affordable rooms with oceanfront views and balcony I would have stayed longer. I come every year.
The attendant at the front desk started my check-in and then left me standing there for a long time without explanation. She did apologize when she came back though.
