helpful and friendly front desk staff and porters the Market/ Starbuck's store on main floor..pool..
Would stay here again
The location was great and the rooms were very nice! The wedding we attended was beautiful.
I had left a watch by the pool and checked with the front desk to see if anyone had turned it in. They simply said no and sent me on my way. However, when I checked at the pool restaurant, she asked me if the front desk had checked with lost and found. The front desk didn't even bring up lost and found as an option. Luckily, security had received the watch and we were able to get it back.
Love the hotel and amenities
Beach front and accessible to anything, nice ocean view from the room, clean hotel and it has everything we need.
Front desk is horrible specially the person who checked us in. She told me that I will get a text or a phone call when the room is ready but unfortunately no one calls me back not text. I have to call and find out myself to see if our room was ready. Other than that everything was perfect.
Beautiful and Clean!
Walking into the resort really felt like home. The staff was friendly and very accomodating and it felt so fancy! I really enjoyed my stay and I always stay at the Hilton when I travel, never disappoints! We had a jetted tub in the room and a view of the beach, the swimming pool overlooked the ocean which was walking distance from the hotel! Our whole experience with the resort was everything we dreamed of. Will definitely return our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!
It was a great location however service and staff were average. No one really went out of their way to be helpful.
We arrived at the hotel at 9 am and were not allowed into the room till 3pm. The jacuzzi tub had yellow water coming out of the faucet.
I had to wait until 6pm to check in
Great service, staff, food. Great location.
Hidden fees. Mandatory "resort fee" should be part of up front cost, not an "indicental" learn-about-it-upon-checkout fee. Wifi painfully slow.
Not value for money
Location and suite we stayed in
The valet parking - over priced and under delivered
Great place to stay
Nice pool area, access to beach; good restaurant/bar; close to lots of activities in Ft. Lauderdale
access to ocean
It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. We were able to checkin early and the junior suite with the balcony views was wonderful.
That the ATM charged US$3.50 to take cash out.
Lovely hotel, large room although suite was booked.
Balcony door did not lock
on the basis i travel a lot .. both for business and pleasure .. this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in .. both for the value i got the hotel for and the staff in the hotel. simply thanks.
my only point would be the amount of food they provided .. it was just too much .. i know .. not a complaint .. but i try to avoid wasting food.
Close to the beach, good size room, comfortable bed, clean and quiet.
The position of the hotel
Gym was small and not well equiped
Food quality was good but very expensive. Easy in and out if you don't mind paying $30 daily for Valet parking, self parking not an option.
Over priced hotel with substandard facilities (the spa is a joke) rude maids who carry on loud conversations in their native language in the corridors while banging on your door yelling "room Service" . Valet became visibly upset when he was not tipped (at $30 a day to park, who's tipping.) Much better choices within a few blocks without the pomp and attitude.
the pesonal attention from all staff persons from the moment of our arrival until our departure
No, it was all excellent
Everything was as it should be. The staff were always polite and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, and we would happily visit again.
Very expensive breakfast.
