Tarobá Hotel

Not enough room in hotel parking for my car. I had to park in street, outside the hotel.

My experience at the Hotel was very nice and it offered me the necessary facilities I needed in order to make my stay pleasant. The staff were overall very accommodating and very friendly. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience and hospitality.

On our last day in Foz, we had gone out and did a bit of sightseeing, we got back to the hotel around 10:30pm only to find that we were locked out of our room. This was not a great experience and put a bit of a damper on our experience. The part that I did not like is that the receptionist (apparently this person was still new and didn't follow procedures as they should have) did not process our payment as they should have. I understand that mistakes do happen, but what was disappointing to me is that we were not informed of what had, that this person did not process the payment and were just automatically locked out of our room, for something that was not our fault. An sms or an email to ask us to come to reception to discuss the matter would have been appreciated. Perhaps you can just look at better and more efficient communication with your guest that would allow for an even better experience.
