The staff was very helpful and the ability to book trips in the lobby was very useful.
Toilet was blocked on the first day but that's more a general problem in Brasil than the hotel.

The staff is very friendly and always there to help. No matter how many inquiries we had about the city and the surroundings, they took all the time we needed to explain us and to answer our questions. Everybody is there for you, and always with a smile!

Super helpful staff that helped us plan our day in Iguassu. Great location, close to many stores, restaurants, and a bus stop. Wonderful breakfast also provided! Very pleased with our stay, would love to stay here again.
