The location is excellent if you are looking for something near the train station, but at night it is not a very good area to be walking. Beyond that the staff is very attentive and helpful, the place has an elevator and the rooms are very complete and above all clean.
What i didn't like very much was the people around the area, like drunk people and so, but at the same time it is convenient to be one step away from the train station so ..
Location is perfect if you have to take a train or even an airplane in the midle of the night. Also for tourists on a budget the location is pretty good.
Staff are just OK. The room could be a little better cleaned. The rooms get really hot even in a not too warm night, so you have to leave the windows open and hear all the noise.
The location is very close (5 min) from the south entrance of the Frankfurt main train station. It's in a quiet area. The front desk is open 24 hours. Staff were friendly. They had a lift.
The booking stated that it was a 24 square meter room. Nope! More like half that. I took a photo and the regular sized beds took up 90% of the room space. Our camping tent was bigger than this room. It is listed as a 3 star hotel. Nope! It's barely a 2 star if that. Yes, the room had a wardrobe, a small desk and a couple of chairs. But you'd be hard pressed to find a spot to put your luggage. The only spot we could find was against the wall where the windows are which means every time we'd open or close the windows or blinds, we'd have to full straddle our luggage. Breakfast while everything was fresh, was, in comparison to other German hotels at the bottom of the scale. An odd thing was that we had to give up our room keys every time we left the building. Never seen that one before. The breakfast room, while clean, had tables and chairs so tight together, a person over 6' would have severe difficulty sitting and eating. Under and between the beds was massively dusty. No A/C just a room fan. Tiny bathroom where when you are sitting on the toilet you can easily lean on the edge of the sink. We will not return to this hotel next time we are in Frankfurt.
The staff are very unwelcoming, took me few minutes to find my room. Made you feel like you own them something. The noise coming from the street made sleeping impossible. I was there with a car , and they wanted me to pay €20 for car park. It may say rich breakfast but in only included 8 items. The area is packed with gypsies which makes it very insafe. Overall don’t go there. Find another place.
The breakfast lacked quality and choice.
