The location.
The room shown on the website was not the one allocated upon arrival, we were placed in a separate room in the grounds overrun with ants, my daughter left with more bites than she arrived with.

Excellent service from reception, internet and TV of high quality, large swimming pool and tennis facilities. We would like to go back with all our grandchilden - a lovely place for family holidays.

I liked the swimmingpool. And the rooms were comfortable. And enough possibilties for sports.
The familyroom doesn't have Airco. And the rooms weren't ready when we arrived. They should be ready at 14.00 but was ready at 15.00.That's a pitty when you've travelled for 15 hours by car.
