The Onsen (Sauna) on the property was quite nice. Part of amusement park. If you take the train, you have to walk through the park, there is no easy way to walk. We tried.
English, someone should speak English if they want tourists.
Unfriendly and unaccomdating staff
The room was clean and the view we finally got was nice.
We took a train in to the hotel, the only train that goes to the hotel. The train arrived at 9:46pm. The last scheduled shuttle bus from the train to the hotel was scheduled at 9:45pm. We called to ask if they would wait a couple minutes for us and they would not accommodate our request so we had to take a taxi. We booked a room with a view and when we got there they said the type of room we booked doesn’t have a view. They made us pay almost $100 more for a room with a view.
