close to highway and daytime destination, easy to book, very quiet.
Should be downgraded to a 2 star. Stopped serving coffee at 9 am and wouldn¿t refill it when asked. The grab and go breakfast was pathetic. Compared to a 2.5 star 15 minutes away, this hotel was awful. The room was clean. That was the only redeeming part
Staff was not around. It showed signs of being run down.
The hotel was easy to get to, and had a few good restaurants near by. It was fairly clean.
The room needed some attention. Towel bars were falling out of the walls and the toilet paper holder was broken. It felt mostly clean, although we had to move a chair and it needed vacuuming under.
Location and it feels very safe for a single women traveler
Could be a bit more updated. The bathrooms a really rundown.
Location is good. Bedding appeared clean. Some of the desk and housekeeping staff were nice.
Walls dirty. Furniture dirty. Carpet corners and edges really dirty. Curtains torn. Fridge & Microwave had food stains. Toilet base and BR corners filthy, BR drain stop not working. All walls had fingerprints and dirt. Breakfast pitiful.
Clean and attractive rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing i didn't like.
Close off the highway close to the activities we needed.
Our room needed some updating and maintenance. Outlets are loose and arcing had to plug in anything safely. Shower area had water damage and a wall that was that was expanding rust and mold. Bag breakfast needed some help.
Rooms could be cleaner
It was conveniently located...and the closest to our destination.
The COVID breakfast was a joke. Bottle of water, banana & granola bar...but at least it was something. Currently, all amenities are closed (pool, fitness, etc) due to covid. I expected more overall for the high rating, but it was just average.
Close to Taylor University and staff is always courteous.
There is a mask mandate in Indiana yet no staff wore a mask. At checkout I inquired and they noted they were not enforcing and I “couldn’t call the cops or anything†I have a high risk family member I had to go home to and I am very up
