Pros:modern décor of lobby breakfast was fair
Cons:Entire hall and my room smells of smoke despite all being non-smoking room. No towels at pool. Air conditioning blows right onto bed. Sheets were stained.
Cons:First statement:" we don't have your Ls room, would you take a room with two queens, no hot water, smell of smoke throughout, no elevator, we are seniors, they gave us a room on third floor, will NEVER stay there EVER again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Cons:Do not stay here! We had bed bugs and when they tried to move us the next room had them as well. Then another!!! We left in the middle of the night and had to go through the incredibly stressful process of disinfection for the bugs - new clothes, alcohol swabs, throwing away what we could and wrapping the rest n airtight plastic... All while we were 2k miles from home. Those things are almost impossible to kill. It was a nightmare!!
Pros:Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment and food was replenished frequently. Staff friendly and pleasant.
Cons:Carpeting in rooms needed a deep cleaning. Clean socks were quite dirty when my daughter removed them after walking around floor (wearing only socks on her feet).
Cons:No elevator. Water bug in the bathtub when trying to shower.

Cons:It was not that anything was bad, just a lot of small stuff.examples, the hotel was old and having a face lift. the air conditioning was noisy, the room smelled musky, cars park right next to our window, but I walked over to the Hampton, Comfort Suite and fairfield, and all were head and shoulders nicer for a few dollars more, and lastly the photos on line are extremely propoganda, even showing an indoor pool when there is none.
