The staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately the room was not very nice. The room was quite small and the bathroom had water stains and rust on the ceiling. Also, the shower curtain rod was about to fall off the wall. The closet door didn't close because it was made wrong.

Need more variety at breakfast
Refrigerator didn't work. Called Maintenance. Came and turned it up. Stated we've had several problems with it. Still didn't work like it should. Unfriendly staff, charged more for room than was quoted. Won't be back
I like how close it was to all the restaurants and shops.
The furniture was old and had stains on it. I did not sit in the livingroom because it looked dirty. It is over priced for the room quality. The bedroom was nice compared to the living room. Shower had bad water temperature.
Air didn't work and it was very noisy like walls paper thin and room smelled like a wet dog smell. Staff was friendly but I've stayed at better places for the money but it was fair
Cleanliness, ask for towels didnt received them til 8hours later.
Really nice rooms. Walking distance to anything in Gatlinburg.
I didn't like how to hot breakfast was set up. Very unorganized and inefficient to the point where we got our of line all together and bypassed the free meal.

problem with wake up calls.phone rang each night at 11:25
The free breakfast was delicious. The omelets were terrific!
I felt the price was too high for the room. Couch was not at all comfortable, desk chair kept lowering on its own,no pen or paper to write anything down, only one trashcan that I finally found tucked way back beneath the bathroom counter, safe not working.
It has the best Continental breakfast I have ever had
Location to restaurants and national park, great breakfast.
The pool was disgusting (cloudy with lots of hair), and was out of towels. The bathroom had black mildew in the shower grout. hallway carpets were dirty and the place is looking pretty worn for being only a few years old.
