Pros (+) Nice pool and hot tub facilities. Great breakfast. Helpful staff but not super friendly. Dinner at the Boston was excellent.
Cons (-) Was a mild day but the room felt like an oven when we arrived. Took some time to get the help we needed to cool the room. Towels for the pool area are given out at the spa reception but no one there when we went and no clear signage to that effect. After showering and completely wet found a spa/pool attendant and asked where to get towels. Brusquely told at reception. Had to walk back out through ...
