The Staff was very friendly and helpful
I understand about the use of amenities do to COVID-19 the price could have been a little better.
I wasn't expecting much from a small town in upstate New York, but I was pleasantly surprised by not only the cleanliness of the hotel, but the welcoming atmosphere. The lounge area has a fireplace and TV, and is large enough for a fairly big gathering of people at any time, especially during breakfast or after a party. The rooms were spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was phenomenal, great water pressure, and extraordinarily tidy. The front staff was very helpful and accommodating, as were the housekeeping staff members. All in all, a great hotel tucked away on the shores of Seneca.
Met our expectations
The hotel was great in all areas. We felt welcome from the first greeting to the last. Alex was fabulous. He made us feel that we were a pleasure to have as his guests. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub area were great also. My husband was a fan of the warm cookies waiting for him upon arrival at the front desk. We will return to this hotel.

Staff was less than friendly at original attempt to check in about 2:15. Told rooms not ready until later because they were so busy with four wedding parties. When I did come back to check in about 3:30 they had plenty of rooms but also a long line checking in. Took a half hour to get to check in. Only one person on the desk despite knowing they were going to be busy. Breakfast was ok, but again the staff was not really friendly
