Pros (+) I wasn't expecting much from a small town in upstate New York, but I was pleasantly surprised by not only the cleanliness of the hotel, but the welcoming atmosphere. The lounge area has a fireplace and TV, and is large enough for a fairly big gathering of people at any time, especially during breakfast or after a party. Pros (+) The hotel was great in all areas. We felt welcome from the first greeting to the last. Alex was fabulous. He made us feel that we were a pleasure to have as his guests. The rooms were clean, the pool and hot tub area were great also. My husband was a fan of the warm cookies waiting for him upon arrival at the front desk. We will return to this hotel.
