Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's strategic and convenient location, making it easy to access malls, eateries, and local attractions. The service is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with several guests noting positive experiences with early check-in and attentive staff. While the rooms are often mentioned as spacious and generally clean, some reviews highlight issues with old carpets, dated facilities, and occasional cleanliness lapses. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with repeated complaints about long queues, slow replenishment, and insufficient staff, though some guests found the variety and quality satisfactory. Overall, the hotel is seen as offering good value, especially for its location and service, but could improve in breakfast management and room maintenance.
