Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to highways, attractions, and restaurants. Some reviewers also mentioned positive experiences with the staff, describing them as friendly and helpful. However, many guests reported significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unpleasant odors. The lack of breakfast, despite being advertised, was a frequent complaint. Safety concerns, including loose railings and uncomfortable situations with other guests, were also noted. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positives, cleanliness and amenities need improvement.

Location to where the event we were participating in was good. Desk staff was very confused and unkept. Room was small and walls are paper thin. Lots of yelling and screaming in hallway. Not a place to stay if you need to sleep. Hotel seemed to be used a halfway house Smelled like animal urine
