Pros: Nice and comfortable room and convenient with including airport transfer.

Cons: Check-in seemed to took unnecessarily long time.

Pros: i like the location and breakfast.

Cons: The cleaning is not that great. There was still toothpaste over the bathroom door,m and sink, the A/C mouldy and when it is on the smell takes over the room. it’s disgusting. I did complain and nothing was done about it. i left a sign on the door for not disturbing and they enter anyways.

Cons: The hotel is located in the city center, a sort of an old area that does not seem very safe. Would avoid walking around at night time

Pros: The bed was fine, the breakfast was ok.

Cons: There was a lot of mould on the toilet and on a door in the room. The hall and everything didn't look good. The parking place is quite far from the hotel too.

Pros: Breakfast great, AC working nicely. Beds are a bit uncomfortable, but nothing that would worsen the night sleep so much. The only problem was the hot water in the shower that felt somewhat insufficient.

Cons: Hot water was insufficient to have a nice hot shower. Beds were somewhat too bouncy. The rooms were too close to each other, so we could hear every neighbor's noises.

Pros: The staff is friendly and trying their best to fulfill guests' needs. Breakfast is good. Restaurant service is quick, an average meal takes around 15 minutes. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, and you can get lost in the thousands of mini-stores and the Marcado Central.

Cons: The parking lot is one block away, which sounds close, but in rush hours, the (reduced) staff is challenged by traffic, walking distance, and annoyed guests who might wait for up to 45 minutes or more to get their car and drive away. There's a lack of training, especially in reception on how to deal with the challenging atmosphere, especially during checkouts.

Pros: Breakfast had adequate proteins. Coffee was great, as usual. Plenty of water, hot water, and all drains worked properly. By day, was very busy, and had a lot of "normal" Brazilians coming and going. Appeared to be an active and safe location by day.

Cons: Old part of town, quite seedy. At night appeared to be a security risk. Showing its age and lack of maintenance/improvement. Air conditioner was noisy. Bare walls, even a few empty nails. Light fixtures over bed were without their covers and dilapidated, with eve some bare wire connections visible. Bathroom very small.

Cons: The garage is a big issue. Staff gets overwhelmed when checkout time is crowded. It's far and there is only one guy to take cars. Poor man!

Pros: In my case, location was utmost. Service staff is kind, supportive and careful with my needs.

Cons: I was unfortunate to have a drummer guest upstairs right above my room. He kept ‘rehearsing’ late in the night so I had to call the staff. And it took I little bit long to solve the issue. Ironically, I’m a drummer as well. And the noisy was pissing me off.

Pros: Walking distance to the bus station. Very nice, stylish and clean hotel. Absolutely recommend compared to some hotels around the bus station. The staff of the hotel was very helpful. We could park our car in the back yard.

Cons: The walls is quite thin so if you have someone loud next door it could be a problem
