Unfortunately there was a very unpleasant situation between me and one of the receptionist that almost made us cancel our 8 days reservation we had the forth comings days. The pool staff are easy going and play nice music. Prices are reasonable and the place was shared with Brazilian families. It was super relaxing. Oh, and the breakfast is really lovely and very Brazilian!

Pros: The breakfast spread was great, although the coffee wasn’t the best. Our dinner at the restaurant was very good. We had steak and delicious pasta. Bed was comfy.
Cons: This hotel is not bad value for money, but it is, in my opinion only a 3 star hotel. We went to relax by the pool where we ordered drinks. We had to chase them up when our drinks hadn’t arrived after 20mins. We were the only guests at the pool at the time. Also, the pool could do with some more greenery or umbrellas for shade and to make it a bit more of an attractive relaxing area. We found this a general problem in Goiânia and also Brasilia. Bathroom had a shower over the bath and all in all the facilities were a bit worn. There are newer, better hotels in Goiânia, my pick would be the Hilton or Holiday Inn.

Cons: The hotel does look a bit tired, but this is made up for by the pool, and the fact that the place is not sterile and generic like many of the big chains! I don't think I would class it as a 5 star hotel, but it was very good value for money, so I cannot complain.

Cons: Stuff were not helpful at all Breakfast was the worst service I have had ever. First day they were collecting breakfast an hour earlier then when it was suppose to close. Second day there was nothing left to eat. Dirty tables everywhere and servers gossiping in a corner. I waited for almost 30 min and I had to go and ask them for a table to be clear so I could have my breakfast. Receptionists were just rude and acting as if they were doing Me a favor. There was no thoroughly information about facilities and I tried ringing reception at 9pm and I got no answer at all. Car park I had to pay to park outside for 5 min to pick up my luggage Room: The bathroom and entire room flooded every time I showered. Kettle didn’t work and poor tea selection. Room is small. Very basic and not enough pillows even tho I paid the highest rate. My list could go on and on. I don’t thing they deserve any star let alone 4. They still have a long way in staff training to be worth anything

Cons: The elevators have a defect everyday. The rooms are dirty. Breakfast is poor and on my first day there werent even any more sausages. And i was there at 8. Dont let the fotos fool you. Stay away fro this hotel.

Cons: The room with two twin beds had wall lamps that you couldn't move. Unfortunately the lamps were about where your head would rest above your pillow so one could easily bang their head against the lamp. Happened to me twice. Odd placement for lamps. I'd suggest removing them especially since they didn't even work. Or make sure to ask about this before getting the twin room.

Cons: Shower water not hot. Door 410 was damaged — insecure. Staff was eating behind the counter - unprofessional. Halls were dark at night. Windows allowed outside noise to interrupt sleep. Phone didn’t work. No ironing boards or irons in room. Plumbing knob fixtures in shower fell off — bad screws. Street access to lobby entry blocked by cars parking on street illegally — very narrow driveway entrance. “Secured” parking was an old gas station with temporary/mobile fencing.
