Desk staff was all very nice, professional, and helpful. I think they're doing great with what they've got. Hotel itself seemed pretty grimy though; I don't normally complain, but I felt like washing my hands every 10 minutes. Trash bags sit out in the stairwell overnight, which smells and leaves residue and streaks on the floors, which wasn't being mopped up during the day. Halls didn't seem vacuumed in a while, nor did surfaces really seem like they were wiped down or sanitized at all. Maybe visitors were just being careless, but I noticed plenty of random trash, even a chicken bone or two on the hallway floor. The smell in the halls kinda struck me coming and going every time. Crusty spots on the carpet in the room, stains on the couch. Facilities and utilities could just use some repairs and updating in general, though fortunately in my room everything seemed to work. Card scanner on the side entrance was messed up. Even my mattress was really hard and uncomfortable; it felt old and hollow. But at least linens and pillows seemed clean to me. Respect for the desk employees keeping up the service in a tough job, but if it was up to me, I likely would have gone somewhere else just after walking to my room the first time.

Pros:My husband and I loved the hot tub. And, that’s pretty much it!
Cons:Beds were like rocks and mattresses needs to be replaced. The staff was friendly at times. The owner was very rude upon check in. We were supposed to have had a hot breakfast. Instead you get coffee with the grounds, they had hot sunny d . They didn’t refrigerate and you got a pk of muffins. And, we were told to begin with . That the pool area was open till 11pm and some nights when got back from enjoying our day to relax in the hot tub. And couldn’t most nights because of it being closed at 9 pm.

Pros:They had a laundry. Rooms were spacious.
Cons:They require a S150 deposit for a $60 room. We argued and they changed it to $100. Our room smelled like smoke even though there's no smoking. They changed our room. Someobe was in the hall yelling and fighting from 10 :30 until 1 am.

Cons:That they didn’t have people working on the cars In The parking lot people living out of there cars in the parking lot my deposit was the oddest ever $112.20 cents wth then I asked why he said it’s the same as what u paid for the room which wasn’t true I paid $139.something the hotel had cigarette smell not a good place for young kids I have a 8 year old daughter and 12 year old daughter never take them back there didn’t even have them stay had them go stay with there mom my ex wife.

Pros:The only thing I liked was having a sofa bed for my 3rd child.
Cons:I have never stayed at a hotel that I felt so unsafe, disrespected, and dirty. First of all, the "secure" door on the side of the hotel would not latch which made me feel very uneasy. When I talked to the lady at the front desk, she simply said, "Yah, I put the order in like two weeks ago, but it hasn't been fixed." This was after I had called up to the front desk from the room phone, which was apparently broken, because she couldn't hear me. She said, "I can't hear you. Call back!" and then hung up. Not very friendly. Lastly, the pool water was disgusting! My kids came out smelling like a toilet and even they said the water was dirty and they couldn't see 2 feet in front of them while swimming! Gross! Never coming back!

Pros:I liked the size of the room. King bed, the reason to book it was for the jetted bath tub, only if it was in working order. Big enough for two. It did have a sparsely equipped gym room. An indoor pool area. You have to pay extra to use the in room safe if you desire to. Kind of so, so I guess. It has its plus and minus going. Been to better and been to worse places. It's an all walks of life type of place.
Cons:No plug for the in room jet tub. The very reason why I booked the room. The tub could not hold water so, no jet tub experience after a long travel day....The room was an adjoining room and the other people smoked and used incense to mask their party smoke. It reeked of cover up. The key cards were a problem too with them not working after 3 key cards sets issued. It was quite noisey and thin walls. Breakfast was kind of ok. After not being able to relax and enjoy our jet tub for half the night, finally they bring us a plug for the tub many hours later. Then the jets were on (finally). Talk of discounts were offered for all the inconveniences we experienced.
