They had a laundry. Rooms were spacious.
They require a S150 deposit for a $60 room. We argued and they changed it to $100. Our room smelled like smoke even though there's no smoking. They changed our room. Someobe was in the hall yelling and fighting from 10 :30 until 1 am.

That they didn’t have people working on the cars In The parking lot people living out of there cars in the parking lot my deposit was the oddest ever $112.20 cents wth then I asked why he said it’s the same as what u paid for the room which wasn’t true I paid $139.something the hotel had cigarette smell not a good place for young kids I have a 8 year old daughter and 12 year old daughter never take them back there didn’t even have them stay had them go stay with there mom my ex wife.

The only thing I liked was having a sofa bed for my 3rd child.
I have never stayed at a hotel that I felt so unsafe, disrespected, and dirty. First of all, the "secure" door on the side of the hotel would not latch which made me feel very uneasy. When I talked to the lady at the front desk, she simply said, "Yah, I put the order in like two weeks ago, but it hasn't been fixed." This was after I had called up to the front desk from the room phone, which was apparently broken, because she couldn't hear me. She said, "I can't hear you. Call back!" and then hung up. Not very friendly. Lastly, the pool water was disgusting! My kids came out smelling like a toilet and even they said the water was dirty and they couldn't see 2 feet in front of them while swimming! Gross! Never coming back!

Hotel was clean for the most part
Front Desk calling me at 3 AM Front Desk double charging me after I already had a reservation Front Desk not properly booking me in a room putting me in potential danger and risk of theft Side door key card reader was broken so staff left a brick in between door and building to prop it open

the breakfast bar, pool, and hot tub are the only reason i would go back

The 4-20-16 experience
I liked the size of the room. King bed, the reason to book it was for the jetted bath tub, only if it was in working order. Big enough for two. It did have a sparsely equipped gym room. An indoor pool area. You have to pay extra to use the in room safe if you desire to. Kind of so, so I guess. It has its plus and minus going. Been to better and been to worse places. It's an all walks of life type of place.
No plug for the in room jet tub. The very reason why I booked the room. The tub could not hold water so, no jet tub experience after a long travel day....The room was an adjoining room and the other people smoked and used incense to mask their party smoke. It reeked of cover up. The key cards were a problem too with them not working after 3 key cards sets issued. It was quite noisey and thin walls. Breakfast was kind of ok. After not being able to relax and enjoy our jet tub for half the night, finally they bring us a plug for the tub many hours later. Then the jets were on (finally). Talk of discounts were offered for all the inconveniences we experienced.

small coffee pot in room - but could go to kitchen area; no private area for business (desktop was adjacent to checkin area & very visible; not conducive to conference call). Safety - if customer slipped on ice in parking lot, you'd have an issue. Could've easily been cleared since snow was 2 days old and such a minor amount for Denver.
Staff was very friendly.
Breakfast wasn't very good, pool area was run down, room was not the cleanest, bed was very hard/uncomfortable.
