Pros (+) Loves the location! The loft room was great as well. We had a spectacular room of the mountain and could even watch the fireworks from our room.

Pros (+) Location and views were fantastic. We got a perfect room for the fireworks on NYE. Rooms and room facilities were good - more than enough space for the family in a 1 bed + loft room. Handy having washing machine and dryer in the room and the ski boot dryers in the locker room really spoilt us ahead of our other stops which don’t have this! Kitchen was well stocked. The Gym facility includes hot tu...
Cons (-) The beds were not very comfortable for us and the pillows and lack of choice meant we didn’t get good sleeps - the kids are happy though. Undercover parking was not available the first few nights (to be fair it was NYE) and it was -20C outside so not great hopping into the car when we went downtown. The hot tub wasn’t working one of the days and the sauna never worked while we were there.

Pros (+) Room was well cleaned, and had a lot of extras like a toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Bed was the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on ( it was a tempurpedic memory foam). Wasn't expecting a balcony, so was pleasantly surprised!
Cons (-) The only thing I would have appreciated we're clearer signage for check in location, and wider shovelled paths so walking around was a bit easier.
