No mold on the ceiling would have been nice. Leaking shower head. Multiple carpet stains throughout room. Stains on bed sheets. Door would not fully close.

Pros (+) We had a refrigerator,microwave, and sofa in room. Price was very reasonable for type of room.
Cons (-) Construction was going on. Carpet and bathtub could have been a little cleaner.
