Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, stained bedding, dust, and poor housekeeping. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or unavailable staff and issues with room assignments and amenities. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and found the hotel to offer good value for the price. A few reviews mentioned comfortable beds and friendly staff, but these positives were outweighed by the negatives.
