Pros (+) My wife and I celebrated our anniversary there. We had our kids with us the first night. The room was comfy and the kids enjoyed the playing the the pool. After dropping off the kids, we had a second night to ourselves. The staff were great and we loved the room.
Cons (-) The pool was cold. I mean, COLD! My daughter's lips turned blue! It didn't stop her from playing, but it really limited me in playing with her in the water.

Cons (-) Every room is definately NOT worth $200/night. When you're in the tower, on the 20th floor & have a beautiful view of the city / river / area it's one thing, but on the Pantlind (old) side - the fourth floor affords you a view of the parking garage across the street, a tiny room with, what feels like, a water closet for a bathroom and barely room to turn around.
