Pros: Wonderful spot to stay. Big room lovely garden and really nice people. Would love to have stayed longer.
Cons: Nothing.
6.3 Good
Pros: The bed was not made which may be normal in France with B and B establishments. No credit was given for the 30 per cent charged on booking which I was not in a position to prove was taken so I did not raise the issue.Breafast delicious and view sensational.
Cons: See above.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: excelent panorama, relaxing atmosphere and very kind host

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location away from the glitter and glamour of the Cote d’azur. The B&B is everything you would expect in this location. A great place to relax, enjoy the nature and take a swim in the lovely pool. The owner is a delight, very international and instantly conencts with people. Breakfast was a real treat, overlooking the beautiful garden while dreaming of the French lifestyle. Location is great when you want to visit Grasse. A recommendation for perfume lovers.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - it’s a great luxury escape into the mountains whilst still being close to the sea. Verynice room with an amazing breakfast and pool.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous property and fabulous friendly and helpful host. The weather was cloudy during our stay so couldn’t make the most of our surroundings but imagine it would be glorious in the sunshine. Lush, generous breakfast (including delicious pastries made by the hosts) If you stay here be sure to visit Cabris as well as the popular Grasse- stunning town.
Cons: You need a car to stay here. We couldn’t hire a car last minute so had to use public transport- the bus was cheap and could get you to and from Grasse but only ran hourly until 8pm (this is not the property’s fault at all so not really a criticism- just for info).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy and tidy place, beautiful view, wonderful breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Jocelyne was a brilliant and fun host .. thoroughly enjoyed our stay there ,top view, great restaurants in the nearby village of Cabris, and the breakfast was superb !

5.4 Okay
Pros: The location is very quit. Very smart owners... we were forced to leave after 2 nights, due to personal problems and they agreed to pay only these 2 nights instead of 5 nights which we booked at the beginning.
Cons: 1. Very many internal rules, which are not specified anywhere before making the reservation(e.g.: you are not allowed to come with food from outside and eat there, ..) 2. breakfast was very poor (yogurt, butter, jam and bread with chocolate, coffee / milk and cereals for child(4 years)) 3. we booked a room for 2 adults and a child and had a great surprise when we got there not to have a toilet in the room, but near our room. Although, when I made the reservation, there was nothing specified :( :( :( 4. the blanket on the bed with holes. underwear for bed looks old This location pretends to be called a hotel !!!I do not recommend!!!

Pros: The place was very nice, a spacious bedroom, very cosy and clean. The swimming pool and lounge area are great to hang out and relax in the sun/shades. Breakfast was great, Christine was a lovely host and gave us plenty of tips for good food and visiting around the area.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Booked this place for my parents and wow what a pleasant surprise. Christine goes beyond to make your stay a great experience. It is a lovely house with great swimming pool and excellent homemade breakfasts. My parents. Loved it! Merci beaucoup Christine!! Ça été super!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely welcoming family, room was brilliant with decent mosquito protection. Beautiful surroundings. Pool was well maintained and great to play in with our 3yr old.
Cons: The property 'rules' were only in French. We felt a little awkward over having our own food an drink on the property. This didn't detract from a great stay though.

Cons: Couldn't be bettered.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The relaxed athmosphere.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool, with poolside bistro served gorgeous food at lunchtime and in the evening.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room (very large double and 1 single bed) was large, very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool area was lovely.
Cons: The breakfast cost extra (€15 per person) and was completely self service. We even had to make our own coffee, and cooked breakfast was not refreshed during the service. Hotel is c. 25 minutes walk from St Paul de Vence village. Very few staff around, and reception often not manned. There was a pantry with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and an honesty box but it meant that you had to pay for water, tea and coffee which would normally be provided free in the room. Dinner was available by the pool but only a set menu of €45 which was high compared to restaurants in the village.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: A perfect setting for a truly unforgettable experience: in the middle of Provence pine trees, felt really at home, great breakfast, peaceful and beautiful architecture & decoration. Top experience. Looking forward to coming back soon
Cons: Parking: car had to be parked outside, but there was enough space inside the villa, since there were very few guests. Gates should be open upon arrival at least to unload the luggage
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The place looks clean and every nice people and beatiful area
7.5 Good
Pros: Place is good, the yard is nice, room is ok, nothing special, swimming pool is clean and nice but they have an iron fence around it which takes out a lot of the charm a swimming pool should have! The hosts are your typical french people!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We booked two rooms. One room has a small garden, this room is a little bit small but acceptable. Other one has the view of swimming pool, which is excellent. The owner is very nice. She prepared everything for us. Because we do not have car, she drive us to the restaurant & place we want to go. Also, Breakfast is good.
Cons: Location is a little bit far. But if you have a car, there is no problem.
7.1 Good
Pros: The property was beautiful and had lovely views
Cons: Check in was not until 4 and check out is at 11 - we had a knock on our door at 11.03 to chase us out . The proprietors are not very user friendly and seem to be more focused on the money . They charge an extra 5 euros to park at the property and have not arranged payment in any other way but cash .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is so much comfortable and good view .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We felt so at home the minute we walked through the door
Cons: An earlier check-in would have been nice but it wasn't a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow! This place and hostess were wonderful. Set in a very quiet area and full of facillities (we didn't have time to enjoy), it is beautifully kept. Thank you.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with private grounds and a pool. Our hosts were welcoming albeit their English was limited. They helped us by phoning a site we wanted to see, and were around but never intrusive. A quiet relaxing time.
Cons: It is quite a way out of Grasse and deep in suburbia, and you have to drive to get anywhere. The nearest town is around 5km away. (although this is not necessarily a 'negative'). As the property is situated in a very quiet area, there is no need to pay extra for on site parking - there is plenty of parking just outside the property.

Pros: Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed was great. Location convenient close to main train station and on tram line. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Michaels, David, and breakfast chef (who helped with our bags on morning of Sept. 9.
Cons: Elevator doesn’t work at night and needs to wait until after 8AM for someone to arrive to turn it on! We were told this was true throughout France.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, VERY close to train station, and an easy straight walk to the promenade and beach. Beds were very comfy, staff were very lovely and the FREE access to drinks (water bottles, soft drinks and coffee machine) was awesome!
Cons: -
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff fantastic Great linens Wonderful duvet Loved free water, soda, coffee, tea in breakfast room 24 hours
Cons: Nothing
6.5 Good
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Key disadvantage: no refrigerator. Small spaces, non-functional bathroom, Bad air condition, old and cramped elevator.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very close to the sea (approx. 15 minutes walk or two stations only), as a highlight we got a nice balcony next to the street and could enjoy some fresh air every night - great! Altogether clean rooms and quiet stay.
Cons: Due to the extremely positive feedbacks we expected something special, in our case the balcony was definitely a great surprise. Without that you get a normal 4* room without special comfort, cupboard or minibar (in our case). One negative aspect is certainly the breakfast room which is VERY small and narrow, luckily we had not booked any breakfast before.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable superior room with lot of natural light. Christo at the reception was very helpful .
Cons: There were no tea making facility in the room. Would be nice to have an electric kettle.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good aircondition Very friendly staff Central location I got a balcony
Cons: It was not sound proof The bathroom was impractical, one had to go in behind the toilet to close the door so that you could access the shower behind the door.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great reception concierge staff, especially Mihaela.
Cons: Notorious area for pick-pocketers - which we experienced.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Front desk and chef for breakfast exceptionally friendly
Cons: Elevator out of sorts
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent. Close to the tram so you could easily get where you want to go.
Cons: No coffee in the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Closeness to Rail and Centre of City
Cons:
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I have visited 27 countries, I saw a lot of different hotels. But this hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever seen! I was afraid to take a shower, because it was ssooo dirty! it is not 30star hotel. I will not even give 1 star to it! The lamp in the toilet was blinking like at the discoteque and the staff did nothing to help us. Staff was not aatentive, not smily, they just didn't care about anything. The door of the toilet didn't close. Wallpapers were 3 cm from the walls. It is a peppergrass for 100 euro per night!!!
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: only location
Cons: my air conditioner is not work, but i got only 10 euro back . It too expensive for the room without air conditioner
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Please write at least 15 words
Cons: Dirty tired.uncomfortable beds. Miles from the beach.Inedible breakfast disgusting outlook.
4.8 Okay
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was located in an area that I would not consider safe; it would be better further south but were not made aware. Because of safety, a car park would have helped for coming back late.

Pros: A unique boutique hotel. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were typically French with exceptional embroidered linen and gorgeous antique furniture. The chef shops in the market each day and creates a menu using that days produce. It is cooked in front of you. Exceptional. Each evening candles line the paths to the pool and around the garden. Magical.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A typical Provençal villa . Beautiful rooms with lovely antique pieces and comfortable beds . Restaurant underneath the trees . We did not have dinner here as we had already booked a restaurant in the gorgeous little town of Mougin - which is a steep 15 min walk away . Breakfast was exquisite , with freshly picked fruit, fresh yoghurt , nuts and home made jams and lovely tiny pastries all under a canopy of trees . A delightful small pool in the garden for dipping in when it all gets too hot . The lady who runs the hotel and her nephew were charming and could not of been more helpful . Would most definitely recommend this small boutique hotel for anyone wanting an authentic Provençal experience .
Cons: Nothing .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great character. Very spacious room. Comfortable communal areas with log fire. Convenient location. Good meals and very pleasant and helpful staff team.
Cons: The towels but apparently others are available.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a beautiful property that feels like a retreat. My husband and I were the only guests and there was still no detail spared for us. The owners are fabulous and the staff so warm. Do yourself a favor and book dinner at the property. You won’t regret the experience!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent! Nothing to add ♥️
7.9 Good
Pros: Lovely breakfast and dinner on terrace
Cons: I found the bed too soft, it was a mattress topper on a bed. Our room was under the terrace so a little noisy in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My daughter and I loved everything about Le Rosees which is ideally placed near Cannes, Mougins and Valbonne. The staff are truly wonderful and welcoming, the food absolutely delicious, and the rooms quiet, immaculately clean and creatively decorated to a very high standard by Le Rosees charming owners. We felt very much at home here and Le Rosees made our holiday perfect. Thank you. Linda and Millie. Xx
Cons: We loved everything

Pros: Exceptional hotel, absolutely beautiful.
7.9 Good
Pros: Clean Lovely Location Attentive staff Generally pet friendly Feels exclusive and luxurious Spa wonderful
Cons: Room on small size Limited TV options No tea making facilities in room Bed small and uncomfortable Toilet away from main bathroom in our bedroom
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is beautiful! Staff are wonderful, hospitality 10/10 they look after the smallest aspects of your trip.
Cons: Our alternative room had no natural light except the large doors. The first had a tiny window. But the team tried their best to accommodate. Our room was also missing a lot of the essential items; no safe, hair dryer, towels. We had to phone every 5 minutes to request something when we got there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, feels like home, fantastic food, great service and spa treatment. Jennifer is an amazing masseuse. Definitely will be coming back over and over again!
Cons: nothing I can think of ( except mosquitoes) the rest is just perfect!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Loved the hotel and the staff were excellent as were the facilities. Various places to sit i.e. different pools, spas etc. The pool restaurant was excellent for both lunch and dinner as were the staff and room service also top notch.
Cons: The bedroom mattresses were a bit dodgy, we had 2 rooms and both had an exposed under mattress as the main mattresses were rather thin and uncomfortable and clearly needed to be thicker and a but more luxury for this sort of 5* standard.

Cons: Everything was fine. :-)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Changing the sheets more often
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for all attractions
Cons: Prepayment well before arrival
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice terrace, nice appartment
Cons: Far from train station
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location near to beach
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location, clean room and a friendly and helpful staff. We liked our stay at Villa Velvet very much. The place s close to the beach and restaurants, yet conveniently far from the main street and thus silent and quiet, enabling for a nice terrace breakfasts. Staff was very friendly and supportive, we received umbrellas and some extra beach stuff for free to enjoy the sun time. Building and rooms are clean and modern, cleaned every day. Each room has a fully equipped kitchen (the larger room had a washing maschine which was totally cool). Villeneuve-Loubet is a small town which looks as a typical summer seaside village, but once you discover the old village you will find it amazing. Also, it is very close to Nice, Moncao, Eze and also some fantastic cities like Saint Paul de Vence or Valbonne (totally recommended!). Overall, a very good location for a vacation stay!
Cons: We had two rooms, the smaller one had a great terrace for morning breakfasts or evening wine discussions. The larger was more comfortable due to size, but the two points potentially worth mentioning: there were a separate toilet room and a separate shower room (located at opposite parts of the apartment). This was ok, but in the toilet there were no sink to wash hands, so you need to go the shower room. Kinda weird design I must say. The other thing you should be aware is that the room located on ground zero at the back of the building is a bit dark - it has an own small garden patio but is a bit hidden from sun. Not a huge disadvantage but clearly visible as compared to front side rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was excellent. A small studio but lovely and clean. The small kitchenette was well appointed with excellent oven and microwave - mind you we only used it to heat our morning croissants! The women at reception was very helpful and spoke excellent English, slightly better then my French. Supermarket and good restaurants nearby. We had.a car so getting to Nice was not.a problem but public transport was not quite so frequent as the location is outside the main Nice bus routes but there is a train station not far away. All in all an excellent place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, Villa Velvet was in the perfect location. Our apartment was cleaned every day and the staff were very welcoming and friendly - their English was far better than our poor French! The apartment was very secure - we had our own key and a code to come and go at our leisure.
Cons: The room was a little small - we stayed in a studio apartment - but we did have 6 weeks worth of luggage with us!

Pros: We love this property, staffs very friendly, food is good, location is great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about Le Hameau is intended to enchant. the exquisite natural landscape enhanced by all of the flowers, the decor, the personalized attention to cuisine, the teeny rooms filled with antiques...
Cons: If I had one minor complaint it would be that water should certainly have been available in the rooms or by the pool or in the library in the muggy heat of August. As it was, I had to inquire several times and never received any..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely warm and friendly atmosphere inspired by excellent staff. Beautiful hotel, pool and gardens with view over hills and valley. And only 10 minutes walk to St Paul de Vence.

Pros: Charming and pretty, nice pool, hot tub and view.
Cons: Only 1 of the 2 bedrooms had air conditioning. There were very strange and strict rules about not bringing any outside food to the room or the pool - you had to buy from the hotel, which was expensive and very inconvenient and choices were minimal. Would not stay again for this reason.

Pros: Excellent environment, extremely clean room and bed, very friendly people, and walking distance to St Paul de Vence
Cons: Non
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful grounds and pool area. A very relaxed hotel with helpful staff.
Cons: To be fair, not a lot. Anything here would merely be a minor niggle.

Also, they provided our vegan daughters with an amazing vegan breakfast, avocados, vegan porridge, almonds and coconut milk. Very friendly personal service nothing too much trouble.

Pros: Service, interiors, museum, breakfast...everything is at high level!
Cons: No view or air if the window with inner “garden”.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: House keepers are very good, cleaning twice a day. Salons and lounges are epic! Cooking is brilliant! Room and common areas decor is fabulous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location, cleanliness, and attentive staff are unparalleled.
Cons: N/A
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, the food, the personel, the elevator
Cons: The whole hotel has more feeling of the old luxury hotel from last century. Hotel needs a complete fresh up. On the other hand it would be a waste of a piece history and old fashioned taste.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decor of room and hotel was magnificent as always The staff were friendly and efficient which made our stay very pleasurable and the revamped La Ronde looked great and the food was terrific
Cons: The bathroom flooded when having a shower over bath tub which was simply unworkable and irritated me immensely at the time making me reluctant to stay again although our previous stays have been great with Thierry indulging my wife with photos each year
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fresh buffet breakfast is served each morning at the ' La Rotonde restaurant' but its a shame they have refurbished it recently, i was so badly wanting to see the Carousel in its glory which would have added to the quirkiness of the hotel. We sat on most days on the terrace, outside the restaurant to be able to enjoy the views, our table overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The food and the views were worth it !! The few best things about this hotel are its excellent location , its also beautifully decorated inside with art and antiques everywhere and has a beautiful period fully functioning lift from a by gone era of quality. They also have a relationship with the beach across the street so you are able to just walk a few steps and be on your sunbed in no time. From Grace Kelly and Micheal Jackson, from the Beatles to Liz Taylor, the list of internationally known stars that have graced the Negresco is impressive. This has been listed by the government of France as a National Historic Building and you can see it on most postcards of Nice .Your always in awe, thinking whether this is a Hotel or a Museum.
Cons: Our Rivoli rooms were the nicely refurbished one albeit the air con was difficult to operate and the room was very warm. Also the staff at the check in was a tad bit grumpy maybe she had a bad day other that that , but other than that , it was great!!
5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location , good food.
Cons: Stuff were very dismissive and unhelpful at all. Very disappointing. Rooms weren’t clean enough.
6.0 Good
Pros: Historic building, beautiful lobby
Cons: Rooms definitely need refurbishment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We received a room with a sea view which made it hard for us to leave it every day. Hotel is doing a great job in maintaining the authenticity of the rooms. Valet service was always prompt irrespective of the time of day/night.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location, stuff friendly , hotel beautiful itself
Cons: Bed and pillows could be more comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: The ambiance was nice- classic old style .The rooms were big and the view spectacular. Unfortunately the bath tub drain cover was not working so it required a nail file to remove the cover to drain the tub. This was repeated every day of our stay without the staff fixing it! The room was not cleaned on returning in the afternoon and we were told by reception that we had to call for cleaning !The wall tiles had black mould which Is really unacceptable in a hotel of this class.also, our room had chipped paint around doors and peeling wallpaper trim. All in all,This hotel needs revamping. On the plus side, the location is the best in Nice.
Cons: The staff were very poor in responding to complaints - no apologies ever.My room smelled of mould ,to discover next day that there was a furnace type room opening into my closet, which did not have a door.On complaining ,I was given an excuse instead of an apology. Also, after staying 3 days,I was stopped by a security doorman on entering the lobby ,to question me if I was staying at the hotel. Very very upsetting and again ,after telling him yes ,no apology. Good staff should know the guests and be carful before causing an embarrassing moment. The service at breakfast was very poor and the buffet layout difficult to manage due to the tightness of the restaurant.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean big rooms and fully equipped
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Apartment was big and clean with fast wifi. I liked we had three bathrooms.
Cons: Creeking stairs were so loud.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice, the apartment was was large enough for 3-4 people. The kitchen was well equiped and we really enjoyed the iHome.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Pool area fair, but pool was needed, but detached from property and not as good as pictured & with artificial grass. Has parking, but construction noise in valley was continuous disruptive background noise. Supposed to be restaurant and bar, fine print after booking stated no restaurant, but was only told when checked in, no bar.
Cons: Sent request before arriving for early check in, request ignored. Is advertised can request early check in and might be a charge, as France was experiencing heatwave, I was willing to pay. Receptionist upon arrival disagreed with booking.com charges, I asked for Mgt, request was ignored and only acknowledged upon checkout. Checkout staff apologised but seem to know this receptionist was trouble. Asked when I arrived re early check in and reception staff was rude and dismissive, stating late afternoon check in is standard. After Early attempt to check in I familiarised and walked past front door of allocated apartment (had to be provided for WiFi access that took a long time to work, to the annoyance of receptionist), where I noted cleaning staff had left, and knew that venue was not fully occupied. I was told by receptionist that ‘possibly’ maintenance staff might need to do work in apartment, so cleaning staff exit would not allow early check in. After 4pm checkin time (I arrived around noon, no food available at venue (as stated above no restaurant or bar facilities), same receptionist was annoyed as she had logged out of her PC thinking I did not understand French! Apparently is annoying to come back to get keys and check in, when I was told to! Apartment has kitchenette with cooking utensils & pots, but no plates, that food could be served on. Minimal cutlery. We did have few small nibble bowls (too small for cereal bowl), and few plastic picnic plates. Cleaner cart was still at front door when checked in after 4pm. Unclean tiles around bath & toilet entrances which would be clean with a scrub, otherwise clean to be fair. I was disappointed with standard of facilities and sorry I was locked in and pre paid for 2nights. Next day I went to ask re pool towels that was not offered previous day, unfortunately same receptionist was there, and quip rude reply was, pool towels are charged at x euros per day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: amazing and very comfortable
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great staff, very good prices.
Cons: Some of the rooms could use an update
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was as clean and orderly as it can get, just perfect! There was well enough room for us. The kitchen did not lack anything either. As far as the apartment goes, this is perfect for a long stay.
Cons: The minigolf was a great disappointment. My son was looking forward to free minigolf, and even cried when we couldn't play the first day. When we went there the following day, he could have cried again. The lanes were in bad shape: some were full of water or leaves, and most were partly broken. Several lanes were impossible to play because the tubes or ramps were broken. It makes no sense to give people clubs because the course is not playable.
7.9 Good
Pros: Fair value for money
Cons: The cleaning schedule was not suitable for holiday.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: warm reception, spacious room for group, spotless clean, balcony with table, coffee machine, garden
Cons: Not cheap, even for off-season, but we had a good stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything is like it is described, and more than that!
Cons: For family with two kids the swimming pool area could be bigger and allow more toys and “activity”. Pool rules are strict

Pros: The owners were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of things to choose from, and it was nice to sit outside in the garden to eat. Secure onsite parking was nice and appreciated, and for 5 Euros, was a good deal! Exceeded my expectations for sure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us with smiles always! The double room was very spacious, immaculately clean with excellent air conditioning. The bathroom was again extremely clean with fresh towels and linen provided daily. We were able to make use of the Chantilly's parasols and beach mats for free which made our time on the beach much more comfortable. On our last day we took the breakfast and it was fantastic! Home made cakes, fresh bread, croissants, fresh fruit, cheese, meats....the list goes on! We would not hesitate to return to the Chantilly on our next visit to Cagnes Sur Mer.
Cons: Nothing, everything was fabulous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location excellent to the Airport. 10 minutes easy drive to the airport. Also main train station just 4 minutes walk from hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast in the garden, the welcome, the cleanliness, the help if needed.
Cons: Smoking in the garden when guests eating breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: Relatively close to the seashore and to the Nice Airport, an alternative place to Nice where it’s too expensive in high season. The owner staffs are very nice. She recommended us aux Planches restaurant. We had two great dinners there.
Cons: The bathroom dose not have a ventilation system!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast comfort bed!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Frederique and Gerard were great hosts. They were so welcoming. Try to remember when an owner helped you with your bags to your room or showed you around the breakfast buffet. The location id superb. Close to train station and beach. Dozens of good restaurants within walking distance.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard for me bit my wife was just fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach, city centre and train station. Lovely terrace to have breakfast. Wonderful hosts, thoughtful and considerate. Comfortable, clean and good size room.
Cons: Nothing I can think of.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: This is a charming hotel beside the Hippodrome, where there are sulky races on hot summer nights. It's a short walk to a nice, although rather pebbly beach, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The hosts are welcoming and polite, and the breakfast - outside in a secluded front garden area - is simple but pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet area is rather small and if there are other guests staying, it gets a bit crowded. At one point in our stay there was a strong odour from the toilets.

Cons: Nothing bad I can say.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for a wedding and the staff were very helpful. We were able to use an iron with no problem and there is agate and door key to get in late at night. Hotel was very clean and welcoming. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room with 2 pods and bottles of water in the fridge. Very impressed.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, uncluttered and comfortable. Very good breakfast and free tea/ coffee, fruit and nibbles in late afternoon.
Cons: Not very Provençal - more like an American motel in layout but lovely stay, great value for money and wonderful staff who could not do enough to make your stay pleasant
8.3 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The service and attention to detail were impeccable and the staff was friendly and gracious.
Cons: The food was exquisite but I would have liked the option of a simple menu as well and not just gastronomie every evening.
6.7 Good
Pros: The grounds and the location were beautiful.
Cons: The rooms need paint and felt scrappy. The meal was entirely over-rated and the service was largely poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything save its remoteness without transport
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional imaginative elegant food , well presented with fantastic authentic Provençal flavours.
Cons: Slow service for breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food and wine were absolutely phenomenal at lunch and dinner. Breakfast was good but probably slightly overpriced for the quality and choice. We loved the beautiful grounds and the staff was just super helpful and very accommodating. We attended a wedding and were a bit worried about driving so they helped us find a fantastic driver for the day at the last moment. The staff always knew who we were addressing us by name throughout the property.
Cons: I know it was an unexpectedly hot week (one of the hottest in history!) but it would have been nice if the room attendant didn't keep shutting off the main switch at turn down which affected the AC. Made for at least one sticky, uncomfortable night. Only qualm.
6.7 Good
Pros: The grounds were magnificent--verdant views from everywhere. The staff was highly trained and professional. Easy parking and restaurant on the property with a wonderful breakfast (but not included).
Cons: The room was overcrowded--difficult to negotiate with inadequate place for our luggage. The toilet and bidet while wonderful were located in separate rooms from the main bathroom. The hotel did not provide a/c despite having controls in our room. Until we complained we had no knowledge that there wasn't working a/c during our stay. The beds were lumpy as were the pillows and the linens were rough. Intermittent beeping noise during the night. We were told that a person sleeping outside our room in a car caused the noise. Lastly, the use of the word "complementary" breakfast lead us to assume breakfast was included. Staff seemed to confirm this. However, upon check out we learned that there was a $31 euro fee per person for the wonderful breakfast we had. After complaining about the above conditions, the hotel deducted the cost of the breakfast but were not initially forthcoming re: our disappointing stay at a Relais & Chateau rated hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: The chateau was really nice and cosy, the room itself was really warm, the environment give you the feeling of warming already from the beginning. If you want to take a break from the city this is a good place to stay. The breakfast is a good buffet. Just one thing, the hotel is not actually so near to the train station. It does says that is only 900 mt from but in reality you have to walk more than 20 minutes to get there. And I am a really fast walker
Cons: Overall the room was all good the only perks that I found were the sounds coming from the others rooms, apparently someone was taking a shower and it sounded like there were inside my room. In a place like this you expect the walls to be a little bit more thick. The bathroom was really cold. The restaurant was a big fall. I eat really often in Michelin stars restaurant and I know what to expect from them, but this one was a big fail, way too expensive for one Michelin star, the service it wasn’t good at all, I mean no so special for the expectations that I had, we took a seasonal menu of four corses and I found only one dish acceptable. The fish was way too buttery. The meat was boring And the dessert was a disaster. Only the first course was good, but I think only because was a classic of the fine dining kitchen. The price of the wine was fine. I’m really sad to write a review like this one, I usually prefer to do not write if I had a bad experience but this time I think is right to do it because from Michelin stars restaurant I do expect more than the normal standard.
6.7 Good
Pros: Outdoor Restaurant area and garden. Staff pleasant
Cons: Room was more shabby than chic. Needs upgrading. External terracotta tiles on floor. Old shabby carpet square needs cleaning. Bedcover not clean. Large bathroom but space to put toiletry items limited. Original roll top bath looks good but did not drain. Both vanity sinks did not drain. I opened the screw on pop up to allow drainage. Was very glad to leave when time to vacate
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was easily accessible and big as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the room was beautiful.
Cons: The toilet in the room was in a strange place not near the bathroom and there was no basin in the toilet. We had Room no 2. The food was extremely expensive. We are not foodies and we found the process exhorbitant.
6.7 Good
Pros: Convenient location to visit Grasse, Mougins and surroundings. Properly has great charm with great exterior landscaping. Views from breakfast terrace are lovely.
Cons: Classic rooms are in need of a refresh. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable and dow filled pillows only delivered upon request! Not 5*

Cons: The rooms! They're fine but there was absolutely no where to put anything. Our room had one lawn chair. It was weird. It all feels a little too Miami Vice with the colors. Felt slightly Miami-ish/Golden Girls. Bottom floor was noisy with window open.
