Pros (+) Friendly staff, beautiful atrium, nice pool and very nice rooms with huge TV's! Great shuttle service to local train stations.

Cons (-) The parking is atrocious. Because of events, it was almost impossible to even find a bad parking space. We resorted to valet. Cocktails at the bar could be (and should be) much better.

Pros (+) The bed, bedding and the room all comfortable. Check out was easy and fast. I love the fact that you can check out of the room through the television system and drop your key in the box on the way out.
Cons (-) The entire lobby was like ice the entire time. Wait staff in the bar/atrium were flat, limited engagement and robot-like. Pretzels and salad were quite costly at the bar/atrium. Tables in the lobby were uneven and not always wiped down.
