Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, making it ideal for events and travel. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was highlighted as delicious and enjoyable by several guests. However, there were notable concerns about cleanliness, aging facilities, ongoing construction, noise, and some maintenance issues. While some rooms were described as clean and comfortable, others were found to be worn out or unclean. Overall, the positives were the location, service, and breakfast, though improvements are needed in cleanliness and facility upkeep.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) General experience was fine. It's a hotel. It's pretty generic. Was clean enough. Bed was decent. TV worked. Shower was fine.
Cons (-) - I resent having to pay another $16 a day to park at the hotel. I paid to stay there, and I think it is reasonable to assume we may have a car as there is no other way to really get there. It should be included in the price. - No mini-fridge or such in the room. Not a big deal, but it was hot out and it would have been good to be able to cool a drink or two.
Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable, which is not a given even at similar Hiltons or other hotels. The check-in process was easy. Price was very competitive even for Thanksgiving week.
Cons (-) The building's lobby is very nice but the guest room floors are in need of a refresh. The windows in the room were VERY drafty and our room was pretty cold - granted it was a very chilly night in late fall. Don't bother with breakfast in the restaurant.
Pros (+) I needed to plug my phone charger but the circuit box is loose and had a very hard time make it work, the rooms next to me have people that kept slamming the doors which make loud noise, This might be only in my room, but I am assuming that you will find some inconvenience in other rooms as well. Not worth the money that you'r paying for the nights you stay!
Cons (-) It is not not about like, I stay in hotels all the time for business so I at least expect quietness and convenience. My 3 nights stay did not provide that.
Pros (+) Awful experience Rude workers
Pros (+) Room, bed comfort, staff
Cons (-) Charge you for parking and then have all "hotel guest parking" blocked off so you have to park FAR from the hotel lobby!!
Pros (+) I want to commend Gary, one of the van drivers for helping me with directions, he seemed to know what I needed before I did. Thoughful and considerate
Pros (+) never got to check in...arrived sunday instead of sat.
Pros (+) Everything was good but to pay parking wen you are staying there i never pay parking staying in the hotel my first time
Cons (-) Did not know if i did not walk in the room in white socks how dirty was gest it better hard wood floor to clean o shampoo de rooms because vacuum it not only for cleaning at lest one every 6 month thad just me
