Cons:
We were completely lied to about the price that was advertised, our fees were raised twice for being a young driver instead of once. We have used many different car rental companies and have never had an issue. This was by far the worst rental experience we have ever had.8.4 Very good

Person who checked out the car was simply not interested in saying even a word. I'd hope you'd tell me what amount'd be charged to my credit card before it's charged and also where the lifts are and how to get out to the HWY due to all the construction on the streets.Cons:

The price when I reserved was 407.62 CAD. The price I paid is more : 293.65 USD on august 13th + 149.80 CAD after dropoff (the car was in time and clean, gas full). WHY ?Enterprise Rent-A-Car
