9.6 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional architecture, world-class amenities and perfect location. Can’t wait to come back.
Cons: Restaurant food, specifically the breakfast, was poor. And good coffee still is hard to come by in Mexico.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was a find. Only 13 rooms on the property, but all are winners. Understated elegance at a bargain price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is placed walking distance to the main plaza and attractions. The room was beautiful with luxurious details. Everything seemed very thoughtful and of great quality. The pool and seating area is beautiful with a great view and the bar was also amazing. We ordered wine which they brought to the room and the staff was very professional.
Cons: Only complaint was that our AC was constantly running making the room very cold throughout the night. Luckily I like cold AC and the blankets were warm but any adjustments to the temperature or even attempting to turn it off with the control did not seem to make a difference. I stayed in room #1
8.2 Excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful The room was super clean They pay attention to details. They make your stay comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked this hotel for the views and location alone, and needless to say from the second I arrived, nothing was a disappointment. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, (and speaks great English), my room was fantastic, the pool area and rooftop bar are out of this world with comfort and views, and the location is just perfect - a 2 minute walk to the historic centro, and just far enough away from the super busy hustle and bustle for some quiet, but still close to everything. And the views. Did I mention the views?! This hotel is a bit rustic and full of history, with new modern amenities - rain showers, soft linens, comfortable, clean, and felt very safe. Highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view and location are gorgeous! Nice staffs, clean and beautiful place!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooftop bar and interesting design. Good staff dinner reservations.
Cons: Some of staff were young and inexperienced and hot water ran short.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The building is great and unique, rich in artistic works. They renovated it only a year ago. Large rooms, large bathroom and excellent water flow. The common areas are pleasant to sit down and the view is lovely
Cons: When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a room from the one we ordered. The receptionist claimed that it was not their problem but that of the booking site and that they had no place in the hotel. Just as I went downstairs and showed her that I had booked a room with a balcony, she suddenly found a room. It was an unpleasant experience for a high class hote Be aware that the regular room doesn't have a window.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. Wonderful staff. Location to the center of town.
Cons: The TV system in the room was dated. The room was dark - not enough windows.
Villa Sueno Azul B&B - Guanajuato - Building

9.5 Excellent (148 reviews)
C$ 68+
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host treated us like family. Very helpful and accommodating to our needs., Went beyond the call of duty in helping us with local travel arrangements and restaurant and other suggestions.
Cons: I can’t think of anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The house is located just on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Centro. An easy, pleasant stroll to jump into the beautiful center of downtown living. A peaceful place to rest and refresh.
Cons: The reality of historic plumbing. It’s not new to me but it’s not what I’d hope for. I prefer flushing everything.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Staff is very friendly and helpful and the collective areas are nice.
Cons: We were very disappointed by this highly rated hotel. The room was a disgrace (see picture). The bed was small for 2 and unstable, there was one little blanket for both of us and another one but we froze anyway during the night. Everything was falling: from the toilet to the furnitures. The main window of the room was not locking. We also didn't manage to sleep much since it was a bit windy and the plexiglass cover on the patio kept shaking all the night. We were even given a paper with a lot of recomendations in how to use the facilities and stating that we would need to pay a fine in case we rob anything, doesn't create the friendliest of environments when the start assume that you will rob something it makes a very unconfortable feeling specially after you see the room and feel totally robbed yourself! We got tricked by the very high rate on booking, but definitely the reality doesn't match the rate. At similar price you can have much better options in the city center.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff extraordinary- helpful, kind, took extra care of all of our needs
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Continental style, buffet breakfast taken in attractive, photogenic courtyard. Interior room had minimal noise from traffic despite location on busy street. Friendly, helpful, cheerful and welcoming staff without being intrusive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the Villa Sueno Azul for 2 weeks while studying Spanish at the Escuela Falcon. A 15 minute walk to the center enabled us to experience the atmosphere of this neighborhood - small shops. markets, people and families going about their daily lives. We remain so appreciative of Mali who is so knowledgeable about local venues and events. She was interested in our daily efforts at school and helpful in furthering our practice. Mali even arranged for a good, safe driver to take us to San Miguel de Allende and pick us up two days later. We felt well cared for at the Villa Sueno Azul especially important for our lengthy stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The roof deck is beautiful. The court yard where breakfast is served is lovely and relaxing with a fountain, plants and filtered sunlight. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Pros: Charming hotel that made us feel as if we were staying in a private villa of wealthy friends. Spacious rooms furnished to a high standard with a spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower. Large comfortable bed with stylish sofa and a wooden floor accentuated class. Great staff especially Sylvana and Violeta in reception and Jose Louis and Alberto in the restaurant. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant that served high quality food at very reasonable prices.
Cons: WiFi needs to be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved that the hotel is not located in the old center but just outside. This gives one tranquility, quiet, and a respite from the hustle and bustle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the most elegant properties in the world Staff in uniform, attention to detail, exquisite attention to details Two wonderful pools in a small luxury hotel Refined dining and bar Great Sunday brunch location Rafa supervises all of the food and beverages and is incredibly attentive and professional
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our trip was AWESOME , hotel is BEAUTIFUL pool is warm, food is amazing and they have the local craft Allende beer which is soo good. would i stay here again ,, YES One thing.. our air conditioning in the room was horrible it smelled SOO BAD, we basically spent the whole time with windows and doors open, which is not bad cause the natural air is good. We complained on the 1st day and nothing happened 2nd day we waited and hit town came back and still nothing happened 3rd day called 2 x and nothing finally fustrated with the fact, walked down to reception and asked them to please help with the air.. Maintenance finally came out to the room tried fixing it , couldnt figure it out ask if we wanted to change rooms but we agreed to stay with the expection they bring out a fan so they did Besides that mess it was beautiful , i would recommend them to fix the air in that room :) thank u for all the attention again its a beautiful hotel!!
7.0 Good
Pros: Great room very large. Good bed and great bathroom. Staff worked very hard to give good service. always being cleaned, swept, mopped.
Cons: The Jacuzzi tub was broken and never heard why Itwas never fixed. Plugs in the bathroom didn't work. I told them and they never fixed them. I was there a week. I you tried to call room service, phone never rang.you would have to call the desk and have room service call back. Room service menu was no good. They never provided a current one. Went to the spa and booked a hot rock message. On arrival to Spa was told they had no hot Rock? What! Its a great hotel but not 5 star.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing and charming staff. The best restaurant in town. The hotel and the room is a piece of art.
Cons: My stay was too short, i hope to be back soon
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, staff and facility. Very friendly and had created a special celebration for Day of the Dead.
Cons: We loved the hotel, but struggled with noise from the roof top bar & DJ and could not sleep. Our room was 301 (Lola) and the roof top bar was directly above our room. The music continued (loud) till 2am, which was challenging as we had to leave at 6:30am for our flight. We complained to the front desk and they said they would speak with the bar, but nothing happened. They ultimately comped our transportation to the airport, which was nice. I would stay here again, but definitely not get a room near the 4th floor (roof top bar) and likely not stay on a Saturday night when the bar and DJ are on till 2am. To be fair, this was the Saturday of the Day of the Dead Celebration - which was absolutely amazing and not to be missed! Our bad for having such an early flight out the next day...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location. Super clean, modern and beautiful Friendly staff specially Blanco who was always taking care of us making sure everything was ok and even helping us with restaurant reservations and city information.
Cons: They had no tea in the rooms, only coffee. They forgot to leave shampoo and conditioner but sent it as soon as we called.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the place !!
Cons: All perfect!

Pros: Location is great and is very convenient to walk to the main plaza Staff very polite .. breakfast delicious !!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Picturesque property in a fantastic location. Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The building amplifies all the noises. I am not a light sleeper and i was woken up by television in room above, and people talking on floors below. Don’t pay extra for balcony, too noisy. Upgraded room not worth the money, inside room quieter and much less money.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, building, colors, friendly staff,
Cons: Toilet seat was 1 1/2 feet from wall ha ha ha When I booked it, it was ---$ a night but when I arrievex I got a different price!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice interiors with labyrinths of stairs and corridors. Friendly staff. Good view from terrace on the opposite s slope crowded work colorful little houses

Pros: The breakfast served every morning was the best ever!!!
Cons: The size and softness of the beds were not comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location and friendly service by everyone, the front desk.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the room we were originally in was rather dark due to shading from other buildings. My husband requested a move to another room and they accommodated us with a much bigger room with great light and did not charge us anymore.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful interior. Spacious room. Close to all you want in central Guanajuato - UGto, museums, theaters, restaurants, parks. We could walk everywhere!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Centrally located, but tucked away from the noisiest areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
7.4 Good
Pros: The staff did its best to help with room issues, and we appreciated that. The terrace was really pretty.
Cons: The breakfast was really bad. Our toilet was broken and we had to take off the lid and pull up the chain in order to flush. Wifi was spotty at best. The room could have benefited from a ceiling fan as there was no air conditioning (which I don't really care about) and the standing fan was inadequate against the heat. The terrace was lovely but hot, and smelled of detergent. There was no drink service, no ice, or refrigeration, so while we were invited to take our own beverages upstairs, that was not a realistic option.

Hotel de la Paz - Guanajuato - Bedroom
7
9.1 Excellent (515 reviews)
C$ 131+
Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel de la Paz places you in the heart of Guanajuato, steps from Juarez Theater and University of Guanajuato. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and spoke English, which was a tremendous help for my family. The location was very central. Many of the rooms (we were a large group with 8 rooms) had balconies with beautiful views of either the steps of the University or the main Cathedral. Also, the hot breakfast buffet across the street was never a disappointment.
Cons: The price you pay for a central location near the cathedral is hearing all of the bells. In the mornings there are bells that don’t seem to make sense, maybe every 15minutes or less. However we knew about the noise bells before staying here & just brought earplugs. Also, the layout is open/hollow through all of the floors... so if anyone is speaking loudly at the reception desk or outside of their room it will echo up & down to all floors.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Was hard to sleep was very strange noise in the room.
Cons: Uncomfortable
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good except hot dogs or salchichas in the eggs, yuck
Cons: If the person that was traveling with me had been made to leave the hotel. She was rude to the staff, complained about everything and assaulted me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Many activities all around alley of the kiss, fabulous !!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique building with great views of the city. Very central location and easy to walk to POI. It was also wonderful being able to "valet" the car as parking is very limited with in the center of the town.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved location, comfortable bed, good shower, super clean, french windows and balcony, view of university steps, great staff - especially Beatrice who spoke English and was always smiling and helpful, tea and coffee in reception room on ground floor, bathroom had soaps, shampoo conditioner etc., lots of convenient plugs and lights, plenty of storage.
Cons: Breakfast was not good - too many people in line, no table. Came back 1 hour later, one table available and much of the food gone. However I was able to get eggs and coffee so it was fine. Probably not so good for those who wanted a Mexican breakfast. Surprisingly the hotel decor was not great. Wall colors particularly bad. This is a lovely building. With Mexican creativity it would not take much to make it charming. Overall the hotel is great but I doubt that I would stay there again. The noise was terrible. However, that is not the fault of the hotel.. An extremely loud nearby band played until 5 am!!
Hotel Antiguo Vapor Categoria Especial - Guanajuato - Bedroom

9.0 Excellent (241 reviews)
C$ 152+
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to historical center with a beautiful view to the city. Difficult to park in the city but the hotel has a yard where we could park the car.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was the cleanest of all we saw on our Mexico trip. Also the location is good, and the view from our window was great, we had something like a balcony so we could really enjoy the view. The bathroom looked unusual but it felt authentic. Breakfast is not buffet, but it was just enough.
Cons: We had a room at the topmost floor but the hotel lacks elevator, not a big deal though. The bathroom window is just glass so we had to cover it with a towel for privacy.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was the best we had in Guanajuato! Juevos Mole. Alex and Lola and the rest of the staff were excellent. Location was fabulous. We loved the unique architecture of the building, with the old stone oven, spiral staircase, etc.
Cons: The bed was a little too firm for us.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was very convenient and safe. Close by many places to visit. Room was very spacious, had two balconies with amazing view. Everything was clean.
Cons: The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. The breakfast that I had included in my stay was alright, with the minor detail that they serve you the same thing everyday, unless you order something else which is not included.
6.3 Good
Pros: Private parking and air conditioning
Cons: The bed was hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Where to start! Our room was gorgeous, spotless, with one of the most beautiful bathrooms I've ever seen. The hotel itself is in an architecturally interesting renovated old building in the centro historico, walking distance to everything but just a bit out of the noise and hubbub. The staff was friendly and helpful and always available. The breakfast was served in a beautiful setting and was delicious and plentiful. I would come back to Guanajuato just to stay here again!
Cons: There is nothing negative to say. Everything was perfect. I have one very small suggestion and that is to put a small towel hook or rack near the sink so one can hang the towel up to dry.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful with directions, reservations and accommodations. The rooms and restaurant were beautiful, warm and pleasant to explore. The owner, Pilar, was wonderfully welcoming and gave us a hundred year history of Antigua’s growth from a bakery to a hotel, since we were curious about how an older building had become so beautifully decorated, furnished and designed. Truly a 20 year Labor of love by her husband and herself. They even designed an internal parking patio, which is rare in Guanajuato.
Cons: What’s not to like about a Garden of Eden right in the middle of a Paradise town!! At what hotel can you arrive in the dark because of a traffic accident on the freeway and have the host walk you to a nearby Italian restaurant and make sure you get to a performance at the Juárez theatre on time!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Near city center Nice view from certain rooms Private parking
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great!
Cons: No hot water !!
Hostal Casa De Dante - Guanajuato - Bedroom

8.9 Excellent (742 reviews)
C$ 19+
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so lovely and this place had the BEST breakfasts we have had in Mexico so far, cooked for us from scratch everyday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, committed and hard working staff. Clean and quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Carefully prepared, healthy, delicious and varied breakfast.
Cons: Everything fine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a cozy hostel with great views and great breakfasts.
Cons: The steps to get up to the hostel are not for the faint of heart. This was not a big issue for me but people should be aware of this before they decide to stay here.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing breakfast
Cons: Bad Wi-Fi. I travel often and take my work with me. I was not able to use my laptop to answer emails and submit reports. I had to rely on cibers. Other than this, grear place. However, Casa de Dante needs to improve on Wi-Fi service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The spirit of the hostel, the view and the decoration
Cons: The hostel is very charming with an astonishing view and a terrace for contemplating. The team of the hostel is so lovable, helpful and cheerful. I really regret not staying longer:)). But I will return one day. One of my list memorable moments of this trip.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing. The location has its inconvenience, it is 15 minutes from the real center but has a beautiful view. The breakfast was stunning, you wouldn't expect such a breakfast in a hostel but definitely in a hotel: This si the thing that everyone will talk about. The rooms are great, spacious with good lockers and they give you a towel as well!
Cons: The only think I can complain about is the quality of the Wifi. The rest was awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast (not just a piece of fruit and toast like most hostels, but an actual free breakfast and they did not complain when you asked for seconds). Honestly the breakfast was fantastic and was the best that I have had at any hostel ever (and that is out of probably 20-25 hostels in my life). Great art hung around the building and beautiful balcony overlooking the city with lounge chairs to hang out on Good value Large storage lockers to put your stuff in Free drinking water Very friendly and helpful staff If in Guanajuato again, I definitely plan to stay here. One of the best decorated hostels with the best breakfast ever.
Cons: The stairs up to the hostel are really intense (especially if you have a mildly heavy bag) Not directly in the city center (still a beautiful location nonetheless)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A unique hostal, located up 173 stairs on a 10 minutes walk from the city center; g Great service and delicious breakfast!

6.3 Good
Pros: Regarding bed clothing it was definitely not luxury. If it hasn’t been for the jacuzzi this should have been noted as a 3 star hotel.
Cons: Besides bed clothing the breakfast was not high quality. Tea, for example was not even served in a proper tea pot & bread was not fresh.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel with a large park and duckpond for rowing across the street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room, views.
Cons: The hair dryer wasn't in it's place.
7.5 Good
Pros: The area is very nice and also this hotel had a nice vintage design. The breakfast was good as well.
Cons: The noise from trucks and vehicles passing through was kind off pissing for us during the early morning. I would recommend to install some double glass windows maybe.
Hotel Santa Regina - Guanajuato - Building

8.8 Excellent (991 reviews)
C$ 102+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Santa Regina, you'll be centrally located in Guanajuato, steps from University of Guanajuato and 3 minutes by foot from Juarez Theater. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is perfectly located. A couple of blocks away from Teatro Juarez.
Cons: Vert loudly. You get to listen to everything inside and outside the hotel. If somebody is talking outside their room you will get to hear it.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Near the center
Cons: It was very loud at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent, everyday for breakfast there was a variation of food choices. I couldn’t hear any noise with my windows closed even when the music across the street was full blast.
Cons: Minor issue. When crossing the street the garbage container was right in front of the pathway. Not very attractive or safe.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Cons: We had 3 people in the room and we were only given 2 bath towels and 2 bottles of water each day.Annoying!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast served at their sister hotel nearby, La Casona de Don Lucas Hotel. Great location.
Cons: Staff didn't mention where breakfast was so we had to find out exactly where based on other people's reviews. Room and bathroom were smaller than expected.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is safe and very clean. The breakfast is good and it is important to note that it is not in the hotel building but in another hotel.
Cons: It is central so it is noisy at night. Staff does not always speak English but they try hard to and at the end, we understand each other.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast variety - it changes daily, there's a hot water dispenser at the lobby with tea bags/cups, great location.
Cons: During festive events, roads are closed so taxis won't be able to stop at the street and you would need to lug your luggage down stairs. There was no proper desk in the room. The city tour sold through the receptionist stops at 2 cheesy tourist traps which I did not enjoy - think torture chamber (Museo ex hacienda del cochero) and haunted house (Casa de Lamentos) - the price is cheap as it does not include admission fees, which was not stated upfront. It also stopped at 2 jewellery shops which I could have done without. The tour advertised that it was going to the mummy museum but it did not (we went to the hacienda del cochero instead), so that was misleading. Kids and locals seemed to enjoy it though, but it wasn't my cup of tea.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, everything at a fair level.
Cons: There’s no table, so not convenient. Breakfast at another hotel, but starts at 8, not available if leave early.

Pros: Staff was really helpful and attentive with us. They helped us with booking a tour in the city and was great. I've taken similar tours in the town and can say that this is better. The staff was always in great disposition to answer our questions and help us to have a comfortable stay. The place is not that far away from downtown, we walked 20 min and arrive to the Juarez Theater. We loved our stay and would stay again here.

7.0 Good
Pros: Great room very large. Good bed and great bathroom. Staff worked very hard to give good service. always being cleaned, swept, mopped.

I you tried to call room service, phone never rang.you would have to call the desk and have room service call back. Room service menu was no good. They never provided a current one. Pros: Great beds and can't beat the location
Cons: Our last night we had to leave for the airport at 4 am but below us it sounded like they were building a house. Hammering or doing construction at 1-2 am. So no sleep that night but probably just a one off

Pros: Nice big bed. Great shower with lots of hot water. Location couldn’t be any better

Pros: Locations
Cons: Bed
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, overall spotlessly clean, and great location.
Cons: The shower drain was not cleaned out and there were still hairs present from previous guests.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern room and amazing view of the entire city. Quiet compared to being downtown
Cons: We didn't know about the lift that takes you up to the hotel/it was not in service when we arrived, so bringing our luggages down the stairs was hard. But fortunately when we left at the end of our trip, hotel staff accompanied us to the lift and we got a taxi downtown.
1.0 Poor
Cons: This hotel essentially robbed us. I specifically requested a room with two beds, as we were two travelers. The hotel said they had two-bed rooms, however only with a window/no balcony - that was fine and I continued with the booking. When we asked for the room with two beds, they said they didn't have any rooms with two beds. We had to leave the hotel and go to another one. The night clerk at the hotel insisted we pay for the entire 4 nights booked even thought we did not stay. The hotel is refusing to refund the money charged, and their management does not even reply to emails. We are filing official complaints to the government watchdog now.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel comes with the best view in Guanajuato! You will be ideally situated by the Monument of Pipila and you have free unlimited access to the Funicular which only takes about 3 minutes to get to the center of Guanajuato. Many rooms have balconies which is perfect to relax and take in the beautiful views. Keep in mind that the funicular closes at 9:45 pm after which you can either walk up or take a taxi back to the hotel. The staff has been amazing and the hotel is very clean. I would stay here again.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, overlooking the city with free usage of the fernicular. Room was nice, great big balcony and good bathroom and big bed.
Cons: Staff was a bit cold. No breakfast. Old fashioned.
6.3 Good
Pros: Fantastisk view and the staff was very helpful!
Cons: The is not a lot of privacy in the room we had. The toilet to the room next door and the hallway, was only seperated by a thin glassdoor, which is even a bit transparent so you can see the light through during the night.. and hear everything...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I like the location, the room was very clean.
Cons: I didn't like that they charged me 3 night and I only stayed one night.

Pros: Excellent location. The staff was excellent. They went above and beyond to provide great. customer service.
Cons: The restroom was extremely cramped. The shower door needs to be switched to open to the inside of the shower to allow more room for mobility. No face towels provided. No drinking glasses provided. Need more clothes hangers, only 3 were provided. The drapes were non-functional. Could not be closed to block out the morning sunlight. No air conditioning.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Located in the hearth of Guanajuato, besides Juarez Theater. Walking distance from everything. Clean rooms. They have an Italian Restaurant in the second floor which is good.
Cons: At night is noisy area, ask for a room as deep in the hotel as you can, away from the front street. We didn't have a problem with the noise because we stay up late at the bars, but if you go to bed early can be a problem. Get a pair of ear plugs just in case.

Pros: The staff was amazing, but Ulysses and Laura went above and beyond to provide the most excellent customer service. The hotel is so lucky to have them on staff! My rooftop room was fantastic. I had my own terrace, and Laura made sure every inch of was spotless. I cannot thank Ulysses enough for all his help on making sure I was comfortable and that I got to see all the beautiful sights in the city. He even made sure I was picked up at the hotel and driven to the airport without me stressing out about taking a taxi or uber, and arranged for a reliable driver to get me to the airport. I'm forever grateful.

Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel Real de Leyendas places you in the heart of Guanajuato, within a 15-minute walk of Juarez Theater and Union Garden. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely place: a bit old, but well maintained, clean and lovely. But then you are in Guanojuato - it's a magic city after all, so you should keep in mind that most properties will be old. The street is not busy as city centre. We came during Cervantito festival time and trust me I did not envy people leaving right on the main streets of the historic districts - they did not get a chance to sleep with all the music and festivities. City is small, so ten minutes walk will place you right in the city centre, and on your way you sill pass the market and the kissing street. Hotel has no parking, but if you ask at the reception, they will guide you to the nearest parking lot around the corner. We paid 120 pesos per 24 hours of parking. Whole hotel experience is worth the value.
Cons: Can still hear cars outside, but good that hotel is not a very busy street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful service
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds, and price.
Cons: No air conditioning
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Huge room in an interesting area close to downtown
