I asked for room with view to the city at checkin but was given one facing the other side I was charged extra 233 yuan to change to what I asked before When I protested they gave me three days free breakfast. I was not given a receipt on checkout because it was 6 in the morning and their internet was down for service. After staying in this hotel so many times, my faith in the hotel is shaken a bit
