The pool area and location
The food at the restaurant was so terrible, they do not have a chef there. No taste at all, missing basic ingredients, horrible!

One of the best services I had. Very nice staff. The food from the holtel is very good and the waiters are always there and pleased to serve.
Rooms could be a bit bigger. In General the rooms are fine and for us it was also ok since we traveld only with a one year old Baby.. But for a Family with 2 Kids it would be a bit samall.

First off, I would say that the location was absolutely awesome .... The hotel facilities made us feel as though we were still in our home, namely, absolutely great ... Nevertheless, the highlight of our stay at VillaReal hotel was the staff. Ricardo (the manager) could not have been nicer and more professional, ;the chef Telma made our mouths water with the exquisite dishes she prepared for us - scrumptious!!!! ... The wait staff, the highlight on Diego (great waiter and bartender) who could not have been more attentive and polite ... All in all, we definitely had a wondrous time at VillaReal Hotel, and we`ll certainly go back ...
