Pros:

I went to pick up the car I had a reservation. He said they had no more cars. He said it like it was a normal thing. I had my family waiting for and a hotel reservation.

Cons:

Better customer service and communication. Provide a solution maybe he could have called Me and say Can you pick up at another location Very poor service

It was ok. But when it was my turn at the counter another client was having problems and the staff was too rude with them to the point to ignore the client. I personally explained them their concern but the staff continued to be rude towards them. I think they don’t have a policy for the guaranty. I called in advance to ask how much it will be and they told me between $200 - $700 but when I was there they asked me for $1500 for an economy and small car. I told me about my phone call and they told me they will “help me” with $1000. Once you are there and need the car you have no more options. The car had a humidity smell… but with the hours stopped.

The price advertised is not the real price when you get there. Every where we travel we can use either our insurance policies or our credit cards insurance benefits. Here they charged us way more money because they denied to accept our insurance. We got the car anyway cause we arrived at the airport at 3:00 in the morning and we’ve been told that it’s dangerous in Ecuador to get cabs.
