Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor cleanliness, dirty rooms and bathrooms, and unhygienic bedding as major issues. Service was also frequently criticized for being unhelpful, unresponsive, or even rude, with several complaints about misleading room photos, lack of basic amenities, and overcharging for essentials like water. However, the hotel's location near the railway station and public transport was consistently mentioned as a positive aspect.
