Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests are very satisfied with the hotel's service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast receives high marks for its variety and quality, with many mentioning freshly squeezed juices and a wide selection of food. The pools, including hot springs and children's areas, are popular and described as clean and enjoyable, though some guests note that not all pools or water slides are always open. Room size and comfort are generally appreciated, though a few reviews mention that some rooms and facilities could use refurbishment. The location is somewhat remote, which is seen as a downside by some, but it also contributes to a peaceful atmosphere. Minor issues include language barriers, occasional noise, and limited amenities near the hotel, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most guests.
