Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent and central location, making it easy to access city attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and bathrooms, though a few mentioned issues with dated furnishings and occasional lapses in maintenance. Service quality was mixed; some guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, while others found the reception impersonal or encountered rude personnel. Bed comfort and noise levels were common concerns, with multiple guests reporting uncomfortable mattresses, soft pillows, and disturbances from street or restaurant noise at night. Overall, the location was the standout feature, but comfort and quietness could be improved.
