The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, my son attended World Triathlon Championship in Hamburg, which is only 5 mins walk to the race site. The hotel is located right in the heart of city center, lot of shopping and restaurants nearby, all attractions are within walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommended and our family had really enjoyed our stay here.

Pros (+) Excellent in all areas. Outstanding service from the staff both at check in as well as a person from Mauritius Island that worked for 8 years in MSC Cruises...unfortunately I dont remember his name, but hopefully someone from the hotel will read this mail and pass along my congratulations.
Cons (-) Checking in at 10.00 a.m. in the morning room was not ready (was not supposes to be) but there were too many people and too many bags....wouldnt fit in the luggage room. Room was ready by 2.00 p.m.
