Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with convenient access to public transport and nearby amenities. Some reviewers appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of certain rooms. However, many guests reported significant issues with service, such as unresponsive or absent staff, problems with check-in, and difficulties obtaining invoices. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several complaints about unclean rooms and unpleasant odors. Noise levels, both from inside and outside the hotel, were a recurring concern, and some found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and some positive staff interactions stood out, service and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience.
