The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Staff in restaurant was friendly.
Staff in reception didn't behave well and they was lied. When I asked them to borrow iron. They said: they don't have, they have laundry only. But when my friend ( Foreigner) asked, them delivered immediately. During checkout I forgot a charger and bottle of red wine. I asked them to bring it to lobby for me, cuz I returned the key already. But until bus was leaving, they till didn't cooperate.
