Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the old quarter and accessing the train station. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, with some mentioning smooth check-in and daily room cleaning. However, opinions on cleanliness are mixed, with several guests noting issues such as mold, dust, and lack of regular cleaning, while others found the rooms clean and well-prepared. The hotel is generally considered a good value for its location, though some guests felt it was slightly overpriced for the amenities and condition provided.
