Room not clean! Dust caked on lamps, floor not vacuumed, tub drained poorly leaving a ring and moldy shower curtain, toilet still had cleaning gel inside, bathroom floor disgusting around baseboards, coffee maker gross. No way it was sanitized!

It was the only option within an hour of Cherokee Village, Arkansas where my siblings and I were traveling to see my stepfather in hospice.
The entire experience was bad. They are lucky it's literally the only option within 50 miles of Cherokee Village. Mold in rooms, on shower curtains at the inside bottom, toilets clog, missing smoke detectors and didn't have the king bed reserved.
