Pros (+) Price, being on first floor near door, safe location

Cons (-) Run down, not cleaned well, especially bathroom, tub filled with water when showering, and got locked in bathroom for an hour because bolt disengaged from door knob. Staff had to break on door to get me out after an hour of trying
