Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and overall cleanliness. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the friendly staff. However, a major point of dissatisfaction was the unavailability of breakfast, which was either canceled or not provided despite being advertised and paid for, leading to frustration and refund issues. Some guests also mentioned minor service issues and lack of amenities like air conditioning, but the positive aspects of location and cleanliness stood out overall.
