Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many appreciated the breakfast and found some rooms to be spacious and clean. However, significant issues were raised about the lack of an elevator, poor service, and cleanliness concerns in several rooms. Guests also mentioned problems with security, air conditioning, and misleading photos. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, operational and facility shortcomings detracted from the experience.
