The location is really good. The room amenities are fantastic and so the front desk support staff.
Limited options of breakfast and no fan/ act in the room. We need for ask is something strange.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The guesthouse is located a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian street of the old town.
The room was very hot (under the roof and giving on the southern side) and there was some noise from the street in the late evening. A very high price for what it is (I visited on a weekend in summer).

The guest house was in a good location: close to city trains and buses. The room was a good size for 2 people. The basic breakfast with coffee, croissants and sandwiches was good.

Guesthouse is very conveniently located: close to the bus stop where most of the transport pass and close to the supermarket. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and they also serve very nice breakfast. Very helpful stuff!
The windows of my room were facing the street with trams and buses. It was noisy when the window was open and not very comfortable to sleep when it was closed (although possible).
