Great location. The hotel is located at a 5 min walking distance from the Ceasar beach. There is a Starbucks coffeeshop with a balcony in the same building. On the other side, it is a bit way from the Kenting street, so it is more quiet. I highly recommend to stay there for those, who want to have a good sleep, especially on weekends, when the main street can be as loud as hell. Amazing breakfast. The breakfast is served in a 5-star Howard hotel. So far, this is the most diverse breakfast I have seen in Taiwan's hotels. Overall, I do feel that this hotel is greatly underestimated. Do not understang why people give such a low rating to it. Yes, it is indeed located in the basement and the facilities are not new, but for the price they charge, I think is is a good value for money.

The breakfast is pretty good and at the restaurant of nearby Howard Beach Resort Hotel. The room is clean, location is good (1 km walking distance to the downtown street), hotel personnel is very nice with good services. By the way, we are two persons to stay there, but our room is freely upgraded to a two-double room (which should be for 4 persons). ^_^
