Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful
Cons:We had two rooms for our group, we thought the first room had a bad smell until we opened the second room and could hardly breath the stale cigarette smelly air. The staff quickly got us another room near by. That room smelled strongly of the pine tree air freshener that was stuffed into the hvac unit. If you have a sensitive nose stay away!

Cons:We were bitten by bedbugs throughout the night. Woke up to find a bedbug on my bag which we took a pic, killed it, and kept it to show reception. We tried to look at the mattress but both the mattress and boxspring had covers on them. When checking out, I informed the girl at the desk. She didnt apologize but requested to see the bedbug... I happily obliged. She did not seem surprised and nonchalantly said that they would put the room 108 out of service. Extremely poor customer service.
